Consumer health data privacy
The short version. Your bodyweight, your goal weight, your workouts and your food photos are health data. We collect them only to run the app for you. We do not share or sell them — to anyone, for any purpose. You can see them, correct them, or have them deleted, and we will not charge you or make the app worse for asking.
What health data we collect, and where it comes from
- Bodyweight and goal weight — typed by you, or by someone in your crew logging for you.
- Workouts — exercises, weights, sets, reps and one-rep maxes you enter.
- Food and calories — meals you log, and what an AI scan read from a photo you took.
- Progress photos — only the ones you upload.
- Habits and notes — anything you choose to record.
All of it comes from you or from a person you added to your crew. We do not buy health data, and we do not infer it from anywhere else.
Why we collect it
To provide the thing you asked for: showing your numbers back to you, calculating percentages of the max you entered, tracking a goal you set, and — if you turn it on — letting an AI coach answer questions about your own training. Nothing else. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any purpose you did not ask for.
Who we share it with: nobody
We do not sell consumer health data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. There are no advertising or analytics trackers on any page of this app that touches health data.
Two service providers process it strictly on our behalf, under contracts that bar them from using it for anything else: Cloudflare (hosting and the database that stores it) and, only if you use an AI feature, Anthropic (which processes the specific meal photo or question that feature sends, and does not train on it under our commercial terms). Payments, when a paid tier exists, go through Stripe, which never receives health data.
We have no affiliates. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Your rights
- Confirm and access — ask whether we hold your health data and get a copy, including a list of anyone it went to.
- Delete — have it erased from our systems and our backups, and we will tell the service providers above to do the same.
- Withdraw consent — to collection, or to any sharing, at any time.
- Appeal — if we deny a request, reply and we will reconsider and explain in writing.
To use any of these, email auston.ruth@gmail.com from the address on your account, or write to Ruthless Ideas LLC, Middleville, Michigan. We answer within 45 days (we may take 45 more if it is complicated, and we will tell you why). It is free, twice a year. Exercising a right will never get you worse service or a worse price.
How it is protected
Access is limited to the people who run the app and only when they need it. Data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and each person's records are scoped to their own account — crew sharing is the only exception, and only for the people you add.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it or close your account. Deleting your account deletes the health data with it, within 30 days, backups included.

This page is your consumer health data privacy notice under RCW 19.373 and NRS 603A.400–.550. The rights above are the rights those laws give you, and we apply them to everyone, everywhere, because running two sets of rules is how mistakes happen.
