Privacy
The short version. We keep what you type so the app can show it back to you. We do not sell it, we do not run ads, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on the pages that hold your weight, food or workouts.
What we keep
- Your account — the name you chose and a one-way hash of your PIN. We never see the PIN itself.
- What you log — workouts, sets, weights, reps, maxes, bodyweight, goals, habits, notes.
- Photos you upload — meal and progress photos, and what a scan read out of them.
- Who you share with — your kitchen and crew members.
We do not ask for your address, your phone number or your date of birth, and there is no third-party login.
Where it lives
On Cloudflare's network (D1 for the database, KV for photos), which hosts and serves the app for us under its own security terms. Payments, when a paid tier exists, are handled by Stripe — card details go to Stripe and never touch our database.
Who else sees it
Nobody, unless you put them there. Crew members see the workouts you share with them. Kitchen members share the food library, not each other's diaries. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
If you use an AI feature, the text or photo that feature needs is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer and is not used to train their models under our commercial terms. Every page in this app that holds your health data is free of advertising and analytics trackers. The app does load one script from our own Ruthless Ideas service, which issues an anonymous ID used across our sites; it never receives your weight, food or workout data.
What you can do
Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and everything in it: email auston.ruth@gmail.com from the app and we will do it within 45 days, free. If we ever say no to a request, you can ask us to look again.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it, or until you ask us to close your account — then we delete it, backups included, within 30 days.
Kids
This app is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13; if we find out we have, we delete it.
If we get it wrong
If your data is exposed, we will tell you what happened and what was in it, without waiting to be asked, and within 60 days of finding out.
Changes
If we change this in a way that matters, the app will tell you the next time you open it.
